Alexy Woodshop is a small business owned and operated by Steven Alexy in Warrenton, VA.

My Story:

I started building about five years ago when I could not find any furniture that I liked for my own home. I was immedietaly hooked. I quickly was looking for any excuse to make something. At that time I never believed that woodworking could be a career for me. Fast forward to 2020, i sold my first commissioned piece to a friend and it was like a switch was flipped. I realized that I wasn’t the only one that wasn’t happy with the furniture that I was finding in stores. I decided then to start Alexy Woodshop with a mission of delivering beautiful custom furniture that people are proud to have in the home.

I believe that everyone deserves to have that piece of furniture they love. Maybe it is the dining table that the whole family spends the holidays at. Maybe it is the end table that you set your coffee on every morning. Whatever that piece is for you, I don’t think that you will find it on a showroom floor. I truly believe that if you are going to spend your hard earned money that you should get EXACTLY what you want. You should have input and options.
